This Risk Disclaimer is part of, and incorporated into, the FillEdge Terms of Service. By using FillEdge you confirm you have read and understood it.

1. FillEdge does not give financial advice

FillEdge is execution infrastructure. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; trading signals; recommendations; or any view on what, when, whether, or how much you should trade. We do not manage your account or your money. Every strategy, alert, parameter, and trade is created and controlled by you. Nothing in the Service, our website, our documentation, our blog, or our communications is a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

The Service is for your own-account trading only. You may not use it to provide, sell, or distribute signals to others, to copy or mirror trades onto accounts you do not own, or to trade for or advise any third party; such use is prohibited under the Terms of Service (§3.4 and §6.1).

2. FillEdge is not a broker and never holds your money

FillEdge is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or financial institution. We never hold, receive, control, or have access to your funds or your broker login credentials. Your money stays with your broker at all times. The FillEdge Expert Advisor runs on your own computer or VPS and connects to your broker directly.

3. Trading carries substantial risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. These products are not suitable for everyone. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance — including any backtest, simulation, or historical result — is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

4. No guarantee of execution

FillEdge depends on systems we do not own or control, including TradingView, the public internet, your VPS, your MetaTrader terminal, and your broker. As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee that:

any alert you send will be received by FillEdge;
any signal will be processed, ordered, or delivered;
your EA will poll, receive, or execute any signal;
any order will be accepted by your broker, or filled at all;
any fill will occur at the price, size, speed, or time you expected; or
the Service, the EA, or any feature (including fill-detection, signal ordering, absolute-price SL/TP, and reconciliation) will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Latency, downtime, connectivity loss, rejected orders, requotes, spread widening, slippage, partial fills, gaps, and missed or duplicated signals can occur. You accept these risks.

5. Configuration is your responsibility

FillEdge executes the instructions you configure. Errors in your strategy code, your alert syntax, your symbol mapping, your account tags, your lot sizing, your stop-loss/take-profit values, or your EA settings can cause unintended trades or losses. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by your configuration. Test thoroughly on a demo account before trading live.

6. Prop-firm and funded-account risk

If you trade a prop-firm or funded account, you must verify — before using FillEdge — that automated trading and Expert Advisors are permitted under your specific prop-firm and broker agreement. Many firms restrict or prohibit automation, copy trading, latency-sensitive strategies, news trading, and high activity. FillEdge is not responsible for any failed challenge or evaluation, breach of firm rules (including drawdown limits), suspended or forfeited funded account, denied payout, or terminated trading agreement — whether or not connected to your use of the Service. The relationship and rules between you and your prop firm or broker are entirely yours.

7. No liability for losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FillEdge is not liable for any trading loss, missed profit, or financial loss of any kind arising from or relating to the Service, including losses caused by missed, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly executed signals, downtime, or any of the risks above. This sits alongside the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Acknowledgement

By using FillEdge, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, that you are solely responsible for your trading, and that you use the Service at your own risk.
