FillEdge — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Provider: Eazy SLU (trading as "FillEdge") · Payments: Paddle (Merchant of Record) Effective date: 2 June 2026 Last updated: 2 June 2026
This policy is part of, and incorporated into, the FillEdge Terms of Service.
1. Who handles your payment (reseller / Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates). Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases of FillEdge. Paddle handles payment, invoices and receipts, applicable VAT/sales tax, billing support, and the administration of refunds, returns, and payment disputes, under Paddle's Buyer Terms. This policy sets out Eazy SLU's position on refunds and is applied together with Paddle's process. For any billing or refund request you can contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, or contact us at support@filledge.com and we will work with Paddle.
FillEdge is licensed for your own-account trading only; using it to provide signals to, or trade for, third parties is prohibited (see Terms §3.4 and §6.1).
2. Free trial
FillEdge starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required and you are not charged during the trial. Because no card is collected at trial start, nothing is charged automatically and the trial cannot auto-convert into a paid charge. When the trial ends, your access ends unless you actively subscribe to a paid plan through Paddle. The trial length, the fact that it is free, and what happens at the end are disclosed at sign-up.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the subscriptions area of your FillEdge dashboard or via the Paddle link in your purchase confirmation/receipt emails (also at paddle.net). When you cancel: your subscription stops renewing; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for; and you are not charged again unless you resubscribe.
4. Refunds
Refunds are administered by Paddle as Merchant of Record under Paddle's Buyer Terms together with this policy.
Except where the law gives you a refund right (see §5) or Paddle's Buyer Terms provide otherwise, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused time. We do not provide pro-rata refunds on mid-period cancellation; you keep access until the period ends. We (or Paddle) may grant a discretionary refund, for example for a confirmed billing error or duplicate charge. The 14-day free trial is intended to let you fully evaluate the Service before any payment.
This does not override any non-waivable statutory consumer right.
5. Statutory consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence (for example, EU/EEA/UK consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the rules for digital services). Where these apply to your purchase, Paddle, as Merchant of Record, administers them at checkout and on request. To exercise such a right, contact Paddle (paddle.net) and/or us at support@filledge.com.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us or Paddle first — most issues are resolved quickly. As Merchant of Record, Paddle manages payment disputes and chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
